After about week 3 of my protocol, my body started responding so amazingly! The pains are pretty much gone, my gut is healing, my period—period length is also regulating. Last period, no cramps, no pain! I’m just SO thankful for the Lord! Every time I would pray, I would pray for Kelsey and the Lord has just given her so much wisdom. If you’re fearful of other methods that haven’t worked, I know what that feels like. I would just say..if the Lord is calling you to it, just join. Women of God like Kelsey truly cares. She truly puts all of her knowledge and energy towards us, and I love it. Not only is she amazing with the science of it all, but she PRAYS for us, which is the best thing anyone could do for us!

After working with Kelsey, I’ve seen so much improvement. I felt like I had someone who wasn’t just trying to medicate me, but was trying to teach me and help me for the long haul. I now better understand my body and the best ways to fuel it. I no longer hate my body because of my frustrations, but I’ve learned to appreciate it. I’ve experienced less bloating, better digestion, and consistent bowel movements - I was even able to come off my Gastro-prescribed medication!

The Renewal Project was different from anything I’ve tried before - in the best ways! I used to get so discouraged when I didn’t see results and then beat myself up about it, ending up in a cycle of shame and right back where I started. Now I realize that the health of my body is just as important as the health of my spirit and mind, and they all work together for the healing I was seeking all along.

Working with Kelsey has been a true gift! She has helped me overcome my limiting beliefs and see my value and worth in Christ. I am not constantly focusing on my symptoms and seeking a quick fix in the moment, but am focusing more on being a faithful steward of all that God has given to me. That in itself has helped me feel better mentally, physically, and spiritually, and has allowed me to see that God has already given me all that I need. I am claiming the Scripture she brought to us, Isaiah 53:5, "By His stripes we are healed." Amen and Amen!!

My digestion has improved a lot. I’ve dealt with chronic constipation since I was a kid and now I’m regularly having 1-2 BM a day. Big win! I've also had big shifts with food/meal planning. It’s something that used to give me a lot of overwhelm, but now I feel confident being in the kitchen!

I found Kelsey on IG through a mutual friend. After following her for awhile, and having her content really resonate with me, I decided to schedule a consultation. What should have lasted 20min lasted over an hour and it felt like she was exactly what I needed.
